The rooftop is where Hiraj R. Hotel comes alive. As the light drops, tables fill along the terrace edge, the bar opens and the kitchen starts sending out plates of North Indian cooking. It is relaxed enough for a solo drink after a day of meetings, and lively enough for a table of ten.
